Reduce Stress by Changing How You React

In physical world, stress is an “internal reaction” in a material object to variety of external forces applied on it and is a function of “material properties” unique to that material object.
Strains are deformations formed in a material object as a result of these stresses and are usually function of time too.
Similarly, we also develop internal stresses as a reaction to external forces applied on us.
It’s important to highlight that these stresses are a function how we are reacting to a situation and the circumstance around us.
Stresses are not given to us by anyone, we develop them internally.

Fruits Are Nature’s Candy

A fruit juice or health drink may have more calories than you think

Are fruit juices a good option when trying to lose fat? Fruits are healthful, yes. So does that mean fruit juices are healthful? Unfortunately no, let me explain.

Firstly, understand that fruits are Nature’s candy. For all practical fat loss purposes, they are high in sugar and contain traces of vitamins and minerals. In fact, one can lead a very healthy life not consuming a single fruit. Stated differently, there is nothing in fruit that one cannot obtain from other real foods such as vegetables, dairy, lentils etc.

The fruit you eat may not be so sweet

As supply does not meet the demand, traders artificially ripen mangoes

Come summer and the sales of fruits, especially mangoes, increases exponentially. People see it as the safest and the tasty way to beat the intense heat of the season, and the dehydration that accompanies it.
A large district such as Coimbatore consumes, according to a conservative estimate, over 15 tons of mangoes every single day during peak summer.
However, the supply does not always meet this huge quantum of demand for a multitude of reasons and unscrupulous traders, intent on making a quick buck, resort to illegal measures to artificially ripen not only mangoes, but a whole gamut of fruits that sell well now.
